I'd had enough. So here is the best way to enjoy his presence in the Wind District.
He stays where he is as long as the player does not loot or hit his body.
If I have enough free time I plan on making and entire "Hanging out with..." series
Comment NPCs who you would like to see hanged. Maybe it will happen.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
