About this mod Machine translation
Start your own guild, choose its members, motivations and location. Ported for SSE.
This is a great mode and a lot of fun! Thankfully, Sokso has allowed me to release an SSE port of his mod.
He gets all the credit for the work put into this mod; I'm just a milk-drinking porter :)
Unfortunately I currently lack the skills to enhance and create mods - it is what it is.
I can't support it.
After some additional testing and some feedback, this mod seems to work! There may be an issue with getting the communication prompts for inviting people into the guild, as I experienced initially but saved then exited and then reloaded it with no problem! So if this doesn't work trying to save your game first, maybe it wouldn't hurt to give up and then reload your game save. It should work! Thanks to wildrooster007 for the kind tip :)
This mod does require SKSE64 and SkyUI (SSE of course).

Quick fix for errors:
Quicksave and reload quick rescue.
Notice:
The command "Follow me." does not make your new recruit a follower. It just makes them follow you. This is why Guild Starter seems to be incompatible with follower mods. It is compatible with all FOLLOWER MODS. However, I'm currently trying to emulate the best follower mods out there and provide similar functionality to your guild members, not fans
describe:
It's all in the name. That's right, with Guild Starter you can now start your own guild. Recruit almost anyone to join the guild you command. Once you find a nice home base (aka headquarters) and recruit up to 10 guild members, the possibilities become endless! Send your guild members work to get them to follow you and promote your guild. It's a hunting guild, a necromancer guild, a mining guild, a cooking guild, an apothecary guild, an archers guild, a fighting club, an assassin's guild, a bandit clan, a treasure hunting guild, a gang of skooma smugglers, a paladin guild, the list goes on ad infinitum. I've put many hours of work into this mod, heck, I'm writing this at 2:35am because I've been working on it all night. So download, endorse and make your guild.
Start your guild:
- Find a good place in Skyrim for your guild headquarters.
- Find the "HQ Marker" in your inventory and place it in the center of the Guild HQ
Name your guild. *See "Name Your Guild" below
- Find the "Recruiting Necklace" in the inventory and equip it
- Almost everyone wants to join your guild. Up to 10 guild members
Manage your guild:
To start commanding your guildmates, talk to them and say "I have something to tell you"
To work:
Talk to your new guy and say "I got your job." Then select any job from the list. You will then be prompted to select a location. Depending on the job you choose, your relationship with your reservation at that position may change.
Collect rewards from work:
Talk to your new guy and say "Give me what you gleaned from your work." The menu that opens can be used to obtain any item from your recruits. After closing the menu, you will receive the gold reward (if any).
Dress up your recruits:
Talk to your new guy and say "Give me what you gleaned from your work". Remove all armor and clothing from their inventory, talk to them again, and give them whatever clothing you want them to wear. Finally, tell them to "Equip Armor in your inventory"
Recruit new people to follow you:
Talk to your new guy and say "come with me". To send them back to HQ, tell them "Patrol HQ".
Recruit fans command:
"Wait here."
"Let me teach you a new fighting style"
"Be protected. You will no longer be defeated by your enemies."
"Let me trade something with you."
*Note: None of these commands will conflict with any other follower modules.
There is a recruit [originally a fan of yours] following you:
Talk to your new guy and say "take a break at patrol headquarters".
Name your guild:
Go to the MCM menu and start typing your guild name. It will appear in the upper left corner of the menu.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
