Replacements for male armor and helmets (both genders). Added support for zone armor
Hello everyone.
I'm very interested in what CK is learning, I made a small MOD and I want to make it public to test the rationale.
This is a simple replacement for the Guard Armor (males only) and Guard Helmet (both genders). The armor is from The Witcher 2 and the helmet was made by hottrooper44 (I just removed the eye protection). The guards now have a strong militia feel to them, the new helmets also give them a more Nordic feel, and the unmasked faces make them look more human. Personally, I like the simple armor and basic chain shirt, I liked it right away. An unexpected benefit is that the guards now have very different armor than the Stormcloaks, which in turn makes the Stormcloaks unique to the faction.
A note about peak stay-at-home times: Armor UV maps are not designed to accept this kind of thing, so some of the armor peaks will end up slightly distorted. However, I tried my best to solve the problem.
This is a personal pattern I made while I was learning stuff, so it's very basic. If you don't like what you see on the screen, then don't download this.
This is my first SkyRIM module, so feedback is very welcome.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
