This mod replaces the Grimsever's model and stats, which requires the Dragonborn DLC as it is now a Stalhrim weapon. It adapts some of USLEEP's changes to its stats (but is not required to be in your load order), which also turns it into a great sword.
Most parts of the weapon model rely on the textures you have installed
Silver sword, steel dagger, Stalhrim ax and steel scabbard. for
In the in-game screenshots, some parts use the Amidianborn Book of Silence texture.
A non-magical variant called Grimfrost can be crafted at any normal forge after completing a quest that requires you to return the Grimsever to Mjoll. It comes in one-hand and two-hand styles.
Making an unaffected version also requires Ebony Smithing's privileges.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
