A simple small house has been added to The Gray Quarter in Windhelm. Workbench includes alchemy, enchantment, cooking pot and oven. There are a variety of custom containers and 12 shelves that can hold books. If you have Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions installed, you can use the "Bless Home" spell and have a spouse and two children living in the small space. Revyn Sadri has deeds for sale at Sadri's Used Wears, see the books/notes section. You must open the deed to receive the key. (You know, it's sealed inside! Immersed.)
The house was mostly made for the character I'm playing as, a dark elf, and seeing Sophia selling flowers not far from her door felt very, very bad... "Just... sleeping in my attic instead of outside Niranye's house..." I'm more than happy to fix bugs, but most likely won't make any design changes to the house itself, but I won't be bothered by people editing my mods to customize it to their own liking. :)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
