Golden glow
Reading the Goldenglow deed you received from Gulum-Ei, you effectively become the master of the manor. Mercenaries and Aringoth are removed, all items in the house become yours, and containers are set up to be safely stored without respawn. That doesn't make Goldenglow homeless, just for (perhaps dubious) immersion. Report Abuse Share

This mod is not messed with quests and factions, it doesn't add anything to Goldenglow other than the possibility to access it and feel like a master.
In the Aringoth's safe you will find the house keys and a copy of the Goldenglow business slip.
When the gangster's stupid mission is completed, if you still have the deed and the copy, you can forge a new bill of sale on the tanning rack (what to do to satisfy its cause?).

The mod doesn't messes with quests and factions, it adds nothing to Goldenglow, just the possibility to visit it feeling like the owner.
In Aringoth's safe you find the keys to the house and a copy of the Goldenglow Bill of Sale.
When the Scoundrel's Folly quest is completed, if you still have the deed and the copy, you may forge a new Bill of Sale at a tanning rack (what for? just for the satisfaction of having it).
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
