yes. This description must be in Comic Sans.
Welcome Pal, a simple mod that adds the ability to summon Gaster Blasters in Skyrim.
Simple right? Just press the button and watch Magicka drop like a stone. Shockwave deals scripted damage and ignores defense. Did you know?
When the spell is activated, each shockwave uses 40 points of Magicka. The number of shockwaves depends on your summons, and the amount of damage depends on how much damage you do. Bigger is better. You can attack up to 14 blasters simultaneously.
When using power, you will enter "Undertale Battle Mode" and everything will turn to black and white. Or..., you know what, download the Alt version of this mod in the Download section and don't worry...
You automatically get the ability, no one really wants to play level 223 Dragon's Dream, just like no one can win. Exploring is tiring.
What can you expect? I'm lazy and want to take a nap...
Oh yeah... you also get the spell to manipulate enemies in the blue soul state with "Blue Soul Control". This way, you can pick up enemies and throw them. Fun, right?
Anything else to say? You either know what this is from and the reference, or you don't...
Or maybe you're just one of those people who hates Undertale on principle, but no one really cares about them.
-------------
The spells in this mod are created using assets from "Hecatic Graea-By Elysees". Plenty of props to the original creators of the various parts of that model I used. Obviously I really like this mod and what you can do with it.
It shares scripts and their global values.
Shock waves have the following characteristics.
-Minor power damage: 5 damage every 1.2 seconds * 0.1 (over 24 seconds)
-Summon Cube: 4~12 (based on transposition)
-Requirements: 40 per Gaster Blaster Magicka
Radius Lock: 4800
This module uses the following global values and can be changed via the "set" command
HecaticDamageRate = (Default: 1.0, Setto: 2.0) Determines the scripted damage of spell projectiles.
HecaticDuration = (Default: 24) Determines the lifetime of each Blaster.
HecaticMagicka = (Default: 20, Set to: 40) Magicka cost per Blaster.
HecaticRadius = Radius in which Gaster Blasters' lock function will be locked. You can change any of these values as needed.
Since this mod was created using "open source" materials, I consider it "open source" as well. All aspects of this mod are at your disposal. Mix it into another mod, re-upload to another site or whatever floats your boat. I will personally upload this mod to Bethesda.net for PC and console.
Apparently, the voice comes from Undertale, created by Toby Fox. If you follow the fan stance on Toby Foxes and decide to include content from this mod in another, those voices may not be used in any monetized productions.

Welcome Pal, to a simple mod that adds the ability to summon Gaster Blasters in Skyrim..
Simple right? Just push a button and watch as your Magicka drops like a rock. The blasters deal scripted damage, and ignore defenses. Karma you know?
Each Blaster uses 40 Magicka when activating the spell. The number of blasters is dependent on your Conjuration, and their damage is dependent on your destruction.. bigger is better. you can get up to 14 blasters attacking at once.
when you use the power, you will enter "Undertale Battle mode" where everything turns Black and white. or... you know, download the Alt version of this mod in the Download section and not have that little bit...
You get the ability automatically, no one really wants to fight a level 223 "Dragonborn", not like anyone could win anyways. Questing is tiring.
What do you expect? I am lazy and want to take a nap...
oh yeah... you also get the spell to manipulate enemies in a blue soul state with the "Blue Soul Control". So you can pick enemies up and toss them. Fun right?

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
