gangster
Oh, look...it's Riften 'Thief' spawning again, becoming another human pincushion. Well not anymore, now that useless bastard is no longer part of the Thieves Guild, he's a "ruffian" and wears random crappy clothes whenever he spawns. His spawning is also delayed, so you won't see him every other night.

About this mod Machine translation
Oh, look...it's Riften 'Thief' spawning again, becoming another human pincushion. Well not anymore, now that useless bastard is no longer part of the Thieves Guild, he's a "ruffian" and wears random crappy clothes whenever he spawns. His spawning is also delayed, so you won't see him every other night.
On top of that, the random thieves who stop you in the wilderness are no longer guild thieves, but instead look like random ruffians. It makes no sense, the Thieves Guild would try to kill random people. Their gear (like Riftens Ruffian) is randomly selected from their own list of gear for miners, prisoners, farmhands, etc.
Basically they look as lame as they act.
I don't see it conflicting with anything. I have a huge load sequence with no overlap. I merged it into a 'Miscellanous Merge' to save a bunch of other mods in the plugin slot. Sharing this here because someone asked for something similar on skyrimmods

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
