-------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------.esp has been saved in CK in form 44. Meshes and textures are also run through NifOptimizer to ensure compatibility with SE. No issues found. Since Jokerine did this with TES5Edit, no cleaning is required. This is a direct port of Oldrim and is provided as is. I installed it in my game to test and everything works fine, including all cells and doors to the bathroom and roof.
Players are free to post their own photos on the lighthouse, and I encourage it. I always enjoy looking at other players' stuff and the various lighting modes and ENB usage. You don't need publishing permissions. Just upload and submit. Thanks.
important! Jokerine highly recommends having Frostflow Abyss completed before installing the house. I also don’t miss quest rewards. She did keep some things from the original lighthouse for loot. I'll certainly leave that decision up to the players.
The very cool blue glow emanating from the top of the lighthouse in the first photo in the gallery is a Skyshard from an awesome model called ESO Skyshards from Arthmoor. This mod is compatible with it. I highly recommend it, it's crucial to me in my gaming. You can get it here:

Country Cooking - Gamwich Special Edition
Peltapalooza - Gamwich Special Edition

Recommended Mods:
Mannequins stay placed - This house has mannequins and if you have bugs that make them move into place or talk or just act really weird, then install this mod by Tarshana to prevent that. Make sure to put this mod above Tarshana, and in your load order.

Here's a great YouTube video from Hodilton showing the lighthouse and interior. This video was made for the Oldrim mod, but it's still pretty awesome.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
