About this mod Machine translation
Replaced main menu music with Frostfall from the Skyrim soundtrack. For those who want something more quiet and open.
Ever thought to yourself, "Man, it's time to fire up Skyrim and relax!", only to be bombarded with the epic Nordic energy of the vanilla main menu theme? Don't be bombarded anymore, because this mod will replace the theme with another piece from the Skyrim soundtrack, "Frostfall"!
(Note: Frostfall, the excellent temperature survival mode, does not actually require this mode to run)
Comes with your choice of four versions!
- Regular audio track, only normalized and excess silence removed.
- Same as above, but the violin part is dressed much earlier.
- Full track, but slightly slowed down and with reverb added (for an extra fantasy feel).
- Same as above, but the violin part comes in quickly (wait a minute, that sounds familiar).
Audiophiles, I'm sorry. I'm not a sound expert.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
