120 FPS user interface

A convenience module that increases basic SkyUI user interface animations to 120 FPS.

This will use the SkyUI interface (swf) file and increase its base frame rate to 120 FPS. With a 144hz+ display, smoother UI animations are available to everyone.

Thought I'd share this since this is a step I usually repeat for every mod list I make.

Hopefully over time this will form the outline of a 120 FPS UI patch and lay a good foundation for an overall smoother UI and menu experience.

If possible I will try to get permission for the 120FPS patch for other third party mods. While this is a fairly minor adjustment that can be done on your own, this mod is primarily for convenience and effort saving.

compatibility

The files provided are loose files. So if you have other UI modules which are not one of the optional files/modules mentioned below, please let it override this module (eg: Dear Diary etc.)

Optional files included to support:

Better MessageBox control (1.2)

More informative console (0.34)

Install this mod after the optional mods above to get features from those mods at 120 FPS.

Permissions and points

While the base assets come directly from SkyUI, this module is based on SynthetiXxX's 60 FPS menu-natural interface.

Summary

This takes the SkyUI interface (swf) files and bumps up their base frame-rate to 120 FPS. This allows much smoother UI animations for all the folks with 144hz+ monitors out there.

Thought I would share this, as it is a repeated step I usually take for every single mod list I make.

Hopefully this can build up into a compendium of 120 FPS UI patches over time, and serve as a good base for an overall smoother UI and menu experience.

Compatibility

Files provided are loose files. Thus, if you have any other User Interface mods that are not one of the optional files / mods mentioned below, let them overwrite this mod (e.g: Dear Diary etc)
