describe
Replaced Nightingale armor polygons and larger textures with more detailed versions.
There is also a standalone version available for those who want to keep the original Nightingale approach.
Hoods and capes always looked a little weird to me, so I made my own hood to put on the back of my head and out of the way.
This way you still wear the armor, but it doesn't disappear from the player/NPC's face and hair.
Includes matching male armor as they share head partitions
(meaning male/female helmets show the same part)

Install your favorite module manager. Safely installs on existing saves.
This mod is for CBBE body types, UUNP is available, make sure to build the body for the armor in Bodyslide.
Can you guys install replacement/standalone modules together :)
Both mods are ESL tagged and won't take up space in your plugin load order.
Compatibility and load order
Mods that alter Nightingale armor files, such as MLU or Mythic Reliquary, will cause anyone wearing a hood to lose sight of their head
Make sure to load after these modules or overwrite them in xedit.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
