This added a small fortress to Rorikstead.
This adds a fortress for Empire players. It uses a piece of Sungard Fort as the exterior and part of Fort Kastav.
There is an NPC named Praefect Kuvner who may become a future follower.
There should be legion guard posts at the top of the tower, but I'm not sure if the dragons were attacked and are now guarding who knows where.
The basement has an anvil, sharpening supplies and workbench.
The key is located on a table in Castle Dour, near the map.
