This is a high polygon face replacement/redesign for all named male and female NPCs (except children) in Falkreath
describe
This is the second part of my NPC replacement series. This mod covers all 20 adult characters in Falkreath. The NPCs were redesigned with high poly mesh and hair replacements that I thought were appropriate. Several NPCs still have vanilla hairstyles though, so it shouldn't contrast too much with the vanilla style of the game. Some NPCs have been redesigned very lightly, others with more creative freedom. When making NPCs, my goal was to make them look more realistic but still have facial features that were recognizable as the original characters.
I also tried to be very clear about each character's race so that I could get my characters right. For example, emperors would typically have brown eyes and dark to olive skin, similar to the Greeks. Nords etc will have brighter skin with blue eyes.
The NPCs covered by the mod are:
Bolender
Draco
Dizzy Dungier
Herwald
Indara Caerellia
Kuster
RelicSkulnar
d
Matisse
Nari
Nenya
Runier
sidgil
Sinding
Saurav
Tekla

Walder (technically not a Forrestian, he was wounded by Moss' Mother Cave. Wikipedia lists him as a Forrestian Grand Representative, but I'm including him there nonetheless)
Valga Vinicia
Zaria
Mod suggestions (not required to make it look like the screenshot)
I've left the face, body and eyes to use whatever textures you have installed (if any) as everyone's preference is different. Having said that, for best results, these are the modules used in alternative programming and I highly recommend them.
Biijin skin (realistic facial texture option in fomod)
vitruvian skin
Advanced Kill Friendly Hair (Rough Version)
beard (texture)
Eyebrows (for retexturing only)
Mild Skin Tone (overrides this mod with Mermaid Skin and Vitruvian Skin)
Beautiful Eyes (vanilla eye texture alternative only)

Description
This is the second installment in my series of NPC replacers. This mod covers all 20 named adults in Falkreath. The NPCs have been redesigned utilizing a high poly head mesh and hair replacements where I felt appropriate. There are several npcs that still use the vanilla hairstyles though so it shouldn't be too much of a contrast from the vanilla style of the game. Some of the npcs have a very light redesign, some I have taken more creative liberties with. My goal when making NPCs is for them to look more realistic but still have facial features that make them identifiable as the original character.
I've tried to be pretty conscious as well about what race the each character is so I get their features correct. For instance imperials will normally have brown eyes and darker to olive colored skin similar to people from greece. Nords will have lighter skin blue eyes, ect.
The NPCs the mods covers are:
Bolund
Delacourt
Dengeir of Stun
Helvard
Indara Caerellia
Kust
Legate Skulnar
Lod
Mathies
Narri
Nenya
Runil
Siddgeir
Sinding
Solaf
Tekla
Thadgeir
Valdr (he is not technically in Falkreath, he is wounded over by moss mother cavern. The wiki lists him as being a Falkreath NPC though so I included him)
Valga Vinicia
Zaria

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
