Redux, a forgotten home between the BYOH style Whiterun Watchtower and Fellglow Castle.
Description of this mod.
After 20 years of being raised in a secret family of Talos cultists in Chorrol, Caius decided to abandon his family and join the Empire, believing they would one day change their decision on the Platinum Concordia and join the Stormcloaks to drive the Thalmor to the fore. Return to Somerset with their tails between their legs. Sadly, this never happened, and Caius was drawn to his makeshift Shrine of Talos while on duty in Skyrim's upper regions. Rather than kill him for his crime, his superiors asked his superiors to send Caius to Northwatch Keep. Hrollod freed him by asking him to renounce the worship of Talos and begin to agree to this ban.
Five years later, Caius remains firmly committed to his career, continues to believe in Talos, and never diminishes his admiration for him. That day was different, something different. Caius notices the guards watching him in his cell, which he doesn't care about that much and takes it as a sign that Talos is watching him. Using a lock he carved from the wooden beams in his cell, he unlocked the cell door and slipped away from the guards. He found a sword on the weapons rack in the prison room and began to escape. After a long and hard battle, Caius was able to escape the fortress and make his way to Whiterun, a neutral fortress in the Civil War, while evading multiple Thalmor Justiciars patrols. As long as he keeps a low profile, here, Caius can avoid the high concentration of Thalmor Agents.
After helping Whiterun and some of its citizens, Caius decided to find a place to call home, at least for now while he tried to avoid the Thalmor's bad record. During his journey, he passed the Whiterun Watchtower and discovered a shabby shack in the nearby city of Whiterun. Caius will settle here. After cleaning out Fellglow Keep and making sure he didn't have any unnecessary problems at night, Caius started working on his new house, filling it with necessities and trinkets as he built it.

As long as it doesn't affect these Wilderness Cells, Forgotten House Redux should be compatible with all items:

Required to own Skyrim Special Edition and all extensions to be installed. More specifically Hearthfire, since the build script won't run without it. But why not always install them all?
Special thanks to Lolicept and their "Lolicept Resources SE" without which the house would not be visually possible.
Also a special thanks to Darkfox127 for the BYOH scripts and Cloud Storage videos/resources, without which I wouldn't have had the starting point of understanding what buildables can do from scratch.
Thank you very much!
If you find any bugs with this module, be sure to comment on the issue and I'll make sure to update it as soon as it's convenient.
Q: Why does this require all DLC?
A: Simply because it's not intended to be released as a mod on google.com, just for me and my own game. So, anyone knows, the addition of DLC may be a later thing.

Description of how this mod came to be.
After growing up in a household of secret Talos worshippers in Chorrol for 20 years, Caius decided to leave his family behind and join the Empire, believing that they would one day change their decision on the White-Gold Concordat and join the Stormcloaks in driving the Thalmor off of the face of Tamriel. Sending them with their tails between their legs, back into the Summerset Isles. Sadly, this never came to be, and Caius was caught with his make-shift Talos shrine while out on duty in Skyrim’s upper region. Instead of killing him for his crimes Legate Hrollod, his superior requested that Caius be sent to Northwatch Keep. Hrollod had asked for him to be freed once he renounces his Talos worship and starts agreeing to the ban.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
