The reasons for this pattern are:
_____________________
The reason is actually twice as good as this pattern.
First off, I saw a ton of swords, axes, sabers, etc., but I felt like the daggers were missed a bit.
My idea is that a stealthy character would rather have a pair of daggers to do their "dirty work" than a large sword.
Secondly, I received my first (and only) donation from a website. This really inspired me to think more.
Often we receive specific requests for our mods, or modify something we've already created to suit someone's personal taste.
We don’t receive donations often, just with a “thank you.”
You know who you are and here’s what I said: “Thank you for donating to me when thousands of people haven’t given.”
You truly are a shining soul and I hope you enjoy these.
What this MOD does:
____________________
This mode adds two new daggers to the game located in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary (just to the left of the door). They are also crafted with ebony iron sheet allowances and can be improved upon.
Where are they?
________________
They're on either side of the Dark Brotherhood's Holy Gate, so yes, you have to be a member to get them for free.
How powerful are they?
_______________________
They are slightly more powerful and slightly lighter than the Dardik Daggers.
They don't carry any magic, but can take one.
Installation instructions:
___________________________
Extract the 7zip file to a known location (such as desktop)
Open the folder and find the folder labeled "Data"
Copy/paste or drag and drop it into the Skyrim folder usually located in C:SteamsteamappsCommonSkyrim
When the window prompts to overwrite the file with the same name, "Yes"
Start Skyrim.
In the data directory at the beginning, place a checkbox next to "Daggers for the Brotherhood" (especially p).
Play them and enjoy them. )
Uninstall instructions:
______________________________
[Not sure why anyone would want to do this, but here it goes]
Disable and delete .esp
Run a search for "FTB Dagger" in Windows Explorer.
Delete the 2 folders with that name (one in textures with 3 files and one in mesh with 2 files).
FAQ:

Question: Why are there messy lines on the blade?
It's called Damascus steel. Heated, struck, and folded repeatedly, the result is some very strong, durable blades.
Q: Is the circuit holding the blade lower?
A: Yes. This is done to prevent clipping when sheathing the blades, so they will be in the correct position in the hand when used.
Q: How was the script for Blade written?
A: "Kill your target quickly, kill your target quietly for the Brotherhood"
Question: What is the meaning of life?
A: Let me know when you figure this out :P
Version history:

1.0 initial release
1.1 Redesign the position of the first person model so that it does not cross your fingers when looking down
1.2 Reworked first person blood effects to work better with blades (no flickering). Updated reading with "Known Issues" section. Reworked the edges of the blood mesh to include the triangular blades on the sides (blood will appear on it now).
Known issues:
______________
Because the sword is in the build setting for either hand (as opposed to one hand), it may look like the sheath is on the side when switching via hotkey to use dual daggers, and another weapon + one dagger.

Reason for this mod:
_____________________
The reason is two fold actually on this mod.
Firstly I see plenty of swords, axes, maces, etc but felt that the daggers have been a bit left out.
My thought is a stealthy character would much rather have a pair of daggers to do their 'Dirty Work' than a Greatsword.
Secondly I received my first (and only) donation site. That DID inspire me to want to mod more.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
