Brought KS hair to six flower girls. Requires Flower Girls SE.
Overview
This mod is a patch for Flower Girls SE. This mod provides KS hairstyles for the six flower girls and also slightly changes their facial appearance to look more attractive.
Version 2.0 of this mod is now standalone, which means it contains a copy of the hair textures from KS Hairdos SSE that it uses. This mod does not depend on KS Hairdos SSE, you can install or not use KS Hairdos SSE in the game. If you love hairdos, please support KS Hairdos SSE.
Upgrade to version 2.0
Version 2.0 of this mod no longer has .esp files, only meshes and textures. This is a big benefit because this mod won't use .esp slots in your load order if you're near the limit. Additionally, there is no need to worry about the merged .esp files becoming outdated when a new version of Flower Girls is released.
When you upgrade to version 2.0 of this mod, be sure to deactivate and stop using the old "FlowerGirls SE - KSHair.esp". If you accidentally let the old "FlowerGirls SE - KSHair.esp" activate, the flower girl NPC will have blackhead problems.
compatibility
Version 2.0 of this mod is compatible with Flower Girls SE versions 1.x and 2.x. Flower Girls SE 1.x uses .esp files, while Flower Girls SE 2.x uses .esm files. Version 2.0 of this mod includes NPC head meshes and face toning textures in two directory paths and works with older or newer versions of Flower Girls SE.
technical details
The game engine expects NPC headers specified in the .esm.esp file to match the header names in the NPC head mesh .nif file. If the head does not match between these two sources, the NPC will have blackhead issues.
In version 2.0 of this mod, manually edit the head name in the NPC head mesh .nif file to match the head name specified in the parent mod's "FlowerGirls SE.esp" file. This has two benefits:
This mod no longer requires its own .esp file, as the head names in the NPC head mesh .nif file match the head names specified in the parent mod's "FlowerGirls SE.esp" file.
This mod no longer depends on the headpart definition in the "KS Hairdo's.esp" file.
The remaining dependency on KS Hairdos SSE was then removed by including a copy of the hair texture .dds files used in this mod. Hair texture .dds files are in their own directory names, specific to this mod, to avoid conflicts with any other mods (such as KS Hairdos SSE)
Change log
Version 2.0 - Now standalone, KS Hairdos SSE is no longer required. Now there are only meshes and textures, no .esp files.
Version 1.1a - Only merged .esp changed to fix missing Flower Girls dialog.
Version 1.1 - Fix missing hairline texture using KS Hairdos SSE 1.4
Version 1.0 - Initial version

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
