Ever wanted to go fishing in Skyrim? Well now you can!

Pick up a fishing rod you find in the world, or visit the blacksmith forge to craft your own fishing rod with 2x firewood and 1x iron ingot, grab some bait (insects), find your favorite fishing spot and start fishing!

Find some fish in a river, lake or pond. An easy way to spot them is to look for dragon flies hovering above the water. Equip your newly crafted fishing rod (found in your miscellaneous items), add your bait, and then you'll cast your line. In seconds you'll have a bite and can roll in your row. Simple! The chances of finding gold are slim, and you won't catch anything.

You can use a variety of insects as bait, such as bees, dragonflies, and butterflies.

All existing removable static fishing rods found in Skyrim (such as at hunter camps along the shoreline) have been replaced with working rods.

Bonus Tip: When you cast the line, a little float (feather) will appear in the water. When you take a bite, you'll watch it disappear!

Recommended: Use Mod Manager or equivalent.

Manual: Extract the ESP and BSA files and place them in the Data folder.

Loading Order: Cell edits due to rod changes make sure Skyrim Fishing is fairly high in your load order. For example, place Skyrim Fishing higher than the real water so that changes in the real water take effect

Always follow modding best practices when installing or updating this mod.
