Fischinook is a small house built on a raft near Lake Ilinalta (Half Moon Mill).
Available for single player and spouse, or single follower.
It's a small home, but powerful. In addition to ample secure storage space, you also have access to

This house is perfect for players hunting vampires, as it comes with new weapons, new spells, and new potions. There's a note on the table explaining them ~ If you like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and/or Angel, you might be entertained or delighted here.
The houses are free, even though there are many houses, I hope you like it. If I get enough requests, I will add a version with Real Shelter (not required for SSE!) that is compatible with Frostfall. If you use a campfire and have a few followers, there's still plenty of room on the shore to set up camp.

Fischinook is a small home built on a raft on the southern shore of Lake Ilinalta (near Half Moon Mill),
suitable for a lone player and a spouse, or a single follower.
This is a tiny home, but it comes with big features. Along with plenty of safe storage, you have access to
all the main crafting (cookpot, oven, anvil, workbench, grindstone, tanning, a mini smelter, alchemy, and enchanting). There are two
garden areas; a mushroom garden under the trellis, and a large one on the roof. There is also a fish hatchery and a stable for your horse.
There are a few chickens and nests in the roof garden area (and a diving board!). The chickens are immortal, and
they occasionally go swimming. Its a chicken thing.
The home is very well suited for players who hunt vampires as it comes with a new weapon, a new spell, and a new potion. There is a note on the table that explains them ~ and if you liked Buffy the Vampire Slayer and/or Angel, you'll probably be a bit amused or happy here.
The home is free, even though it comes with a lot, and I hope you enjoy it. If I get enough requests I'll add a version with Real Shelter (NOT required for SSE!), and it is Frostfall compatible. There is also plenty of room on shore to set up a campsite if you use Campfire and have several followers.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
