Fawnweald Farm lies in the cleft between Shor's Stone and Darkwater Crossing. It has a medium-sized farmhouse, a stable area and an animal area for cattle grazing. The key to the house is on the stable wall and no gold or level is required to own the house.
The house is 'fully detailed' with only basic game assets. As you enter through the front door, the main room is a kitchen/living room with a central fireplace that continues to the left into the dining room. As you enter, the room to the right is the bedroom, which contains the player's bed, a desk area, and a room hidden behind a wardrobe. There is an alchemy area downstairs in the restaurant, which leads to the magician area, blacksmith area and Husekhar restaurant.
Outdoor crafting facilities include: anvil, workbench, grindstone, tanning rack, and smelter.
Indoor crafting facilities include: blacksmithing, magic, alchemy and cooking areas.
The house offers stove-compatibility for two children in a small bedroom attached to the master bedroom. The downstairs room is used in the house and is included in this mod
NOTE: Since I'm not using asset collection mods, there are a lot of single assets used together. This will make performance much slower on weak PCs.
