About this mod Machine translation

After playing a few other RPGs, the pace of Skyrim combat started to feel a little... slow for me. I really noticed this when my latest batch came back. I think I'll come up with a few mods to help speed things up and make it feel smoother. So, what I did was increase the swing speed of every vanilla (and DLC) melee weapon by 0.2 seconds. Therefore, most swords have a swing speed of 1.0, which means they swing 1 time per second. I increased the speed to 1.2, which means by the time you hit 5 seconds, you can do 6 swings. The dagger has also been increased from 1.3 to 1.5, the war axis has been increased from 0.9 to 1.1 and so on. I even went in and edited all the daedric weapons, as well as special unique weapons like the Longhammer. When you combine this with a combat mode like Smilodon or something similar, combat can feel a lot more fun (in my opinion).
In the video I've attached I'm using Smilodon and Mortal Enemies, but you're free to test other mods if you like, or not at all.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
