Make this mod using Create Kit and go unit by unit and uncheck the "Cannot fast travel from this location" box. I'd say 99% of my batteries are listed as indoor batteries. Let me know if something isn't working properly internally.
*WARNING* Do not fast travel within a mission sequence or you may risk interrupting the mission. This mod is best used to avoid having to load outside in order to go fast or avoid a lot of backtracking.

This mod allows the player to fast travel out from interiors. Other versions here and on Bethesda Net were spotty for me.
This mod is made using the creation kit and going cell by cell and unchecking the "Can't Fast Travel From This Location" box. I'd say I got 99% of the cells listed as interiors. Let me know if an interior is not working.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
