About this mod Machine translation

This mod adds the ability to link all your home chests to "cloud storage" chests. Now, all these chests from different player houses can be shared.

  • What does this mod do?

This mod adds a simple feature to all players' home chests, allowing all of your home chests to be linked to a "Cloud Storage Chest", allowing all items in all of your home chests to be stored and shared.

So, using this mod, you can easily share items from your household item chests placed in different locations. For example, if you put a weapon in the main chest in the Breeze Bathroom in Whiterun, when you later travel to the Honeyside house in Riften, you can retrieve that weapon from the main chest in Honeyside.

All home chests should have the same functionality, including those added by mods.

So you can even share the items in your whiterun breezehome home chest with the family chest in your whiterun breezehome home chest.

Additionally, this mod is an optional Light plugin with ESL files.

  • Mod installation instructions (please read carefully!!!):

(1) How to install? </ s > </ s > </ s >

Use a mod manager to install or place the unzipped ESP and BSA files into the game data folder.

(2) This is something you must do before entering the game after installing this mod.

Scenario 1: I'm starting a new game after installing this mod

What you should do in case 1:

It's okay just do whatever you want as normal, the added functionality of this mod will work fine in the new version

save.

Situation 2: I am using an old playhouse, own my own home, but have never put anything in a home box before.

What to do in case 2:

Nothing much to do. If you've never put anything in a box at home before making this save, then everything

It should still work fine.

Scenario 3: I'm using an old game store that owns a house and previously stored some of my items in one or more home storage lockers.

What to do in case 3 (must read if this is your case):

(a) First, back up your game save before entering the game. </ s > </ s > </ s >

(b) Upon entering the game and loading your save, you should immediately access all houses where items have been previously stored. Once you enter your home, remain still for a few seconds. This step is to ensure that all "RemoveItem" scripts attached to your Home Storage Box are working properly, so all items previously stored in the Vanilla Home Storage Box can be transferred to the "Cloud Storage Storage Box" without error.

These are console commands you may need to quickly access a house with items stored in it:

Whiterun Breezehome:cocWhiterunBreezehome

Solitude ProudspireManor:coc SolitudeProudspireManor

Riften Honeyside:cocRiften Honeyside

Markarth VlindrelHall:coc MarkarthVlindrelHall

Windhelm Hjerim:cocWindhelmHjerim

Moral style estate: BYOHHouse2Exterior

Falkreath Lakeview Estate: BYOHHouse1Exterior

Dawn Star Heljarchen Hall: BYOHHouse3Exterior

Solstheim SeverinManor:DLC2RRSeverinHouse

If the house where you store items was added via mods, you can try finding the location ID of the house using the Creation Kit, Translator Tool, or SSEedite. Alternatively, you can fast travel to visit the house.

(C) After visiting all houses where items are stored, open a random household storage box and check whether all items previously stored in all household storage boxes are inside.

If so, then the mod function should work fine afterwards. You can save your game and perform any action immediately.

If not, please report any issues you encounter to me.

3.Compatibility issues:

As long as the mod does not edit the "Playerhousechest" base target in the target window, it should be compatible with all home bases added by the mod.

Just make sure my mod's plugins are always loaded under those "House Overhaul" mods.

  • Known issues:

(1) When you activate it, all home chests will show "empty" status. But all your belongings should remain inside. This won't really cause any problems.

(2) All home boxes you activate do not have any …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
