About this mod Machine translation
Add a house in the open area behind Falkreath's Jarl longhouse, complete with garden and all traps.
I'll probably write a fancier description later, but right now I'm at about -12 minutes.
Behind the longhouse in Falkreath's Jarl, with only a small clipping to stop you from bending your back, this mod puts a small farmhouse that you can call home! This mod was originally intended for personal use only, so there's no bells and whistles other than some mild custom storage and the like.
Following the theme of mildness, I specifically added too much stuff to this home so as not to overwhelm the game world entirely. It's designed to be a beautiful little cottage, allowing you to live in lovely Falkreath without having to do the whole fire thing, while still enjoying the benefits of a garden. By using Alternate Start's 'Dead Man's Drink' hotel guest starter, it's easy to use it right away, just by walking down the street. There is a key on the table on the inside of the door, in order to lock it there must be a locked position (skilled), so you will have to select it or unlock it through the console ~. If you have a mod that locks doors, a key is included that you can use to keep evil NPCs out.
As for the traps included; alchemy and enchantment tables, weapon racks, weapon plaques, fully secure storage, bookshelves for 40 books, custom storage (wood pile, soul gems, and blood refreshment or drink storage, depending on the download). The mod comes with two versions, one is vampire and the other is typical because sometimes I don't like that vampire and sometimes I do. You might find it somewhat similar. This option is available through different mod downloads, as making FOMOD is really difficult. The Vampire version has Dark Brotherhood banners, too, and since this mod is mostly for myself, you'll have to disable them if you don't want them. These are just two of them, open the console with "~", click on them, type "disable" and delete them all. In most cases, you can do the same thing with anything you don't like.
Because the way to purchase properties via NPCs or purchase options through the custodian is beyond the scope of my interest in this mod right now, you'll have to perform the fantasy yourself. If you want to "spend money" to buy a house, the price of the house is $3400. Once you have the money, the way you do it is; 'player.removeitem 0000000f 3400'. Once you do that, it's almost like I actually spent all that weird clever stuff!
The mod file has been cleaned up using SSE Edit, although there should be some buggy navigation on the exterior, around the house (especially the fence), as navigating the exterior is difficult. I wouldn't recommend taking your minions into the jungle and expecting them to quit again, but they may be depending entirely on their progress in raising their emotions. For spontaneous AI inspiration, I recommend at least 3/4 liter of vodka.
Oh yeah, a smelter was added behind Lod's blacksmith shop, since no one was there before. There is no craft room in the house, which is somewhat needed.

If you don't, you should know what you're doing by now. It's an .esp file, which is probably cleaner than Bethesda in most cases. I trust you.

Special thought was given to ensure that the placement would work with Touring Carriages, and the placement made where I originally placed the front door the correct carriage person. Everything is fine now. Likewise, keys are a mods option for locking doors. It should be compatible with everything except these two things. Like even if you have another mod that somehow places the houses in the same place, …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
