About this mod Machine translation
This adds a very simple player to Falkreath that can be used as a base for whatever reason.
There is a bed. There is storage space. It's nice, but simple. Nothing to see. Just a place to call home in the town of Falkreath. There aren't many (or any) player houses in Falkreath, so I made one of my own and decided to share it.
The module adds a home in town across from the factory. Again, very simple, just as a base if you want to hunt, explore and store stuff. If you've already done a game and built a Lakeview Manor home (with the Hearthfire DLC), that's another option, let's say you don't want to do that anymore but want to find a little cabin in Falkreath to call your own. Navmeshed, basically very simple. There are no mannequins, weapons racks or display cases to deal with. Just you, your entourage, some wine at the table and the warmth of your bed.

The mod adds home in town across from the mill. Again, very simple, just to serve as a base if you want to hunt, explore and store things. It's sort of an alternative if you've already done a playthrough and have built the Lakeview Manor home (with the Hearthfire DLC) and let's say you don't want to do that again but would like some little cabin in Falkreath to call your own. Navmeshed, and basically very simple. No mannequins, weapon racks or display cases to deal with. Just you, your followers, some booze on the tables and warm beds.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
