The OG MOD is described as follows:

MCM: Easily switch the status of player and NPC face lights through MCM!
Limit increase: Surface light limit increased from 10 to 15!
Edit Mode: Just use the activation button on the NPC to cycle through NPC face lighting states!
Automatic switching while sneaking: disable face light when sneaking and re-enable face light when not in use!
Conversation Face Light: Turn on the face light when talking to any NPC!
Keyboard: Toggle player face lighting or hide all face lighting with the press of a button!

Use Mod Manager
Click the "Download (NMM)" button at the top of the page.
Wait for Mod Manager to finish downloading the mod.
Activate the mod in the Mod Manager!

Wait for the download to complete.
Unzip the mod archive into the Skyrim Data folder, usually located in C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim/Data.
Open Skyrim Launcher and activate FacelightPlus.esp in the Data Files window!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
