About this mod Machine translation
This is a special edition port of the mod of the same name from oldrim, including a small texture bug fix for one of the sets. + Digigrade support.
Disclaimer: I sent Edhelsereg a message but they don't seem to be active as far as I can tell and saw a request to port it to SE as well as fix a bug mismatch in one of the texture sets.
My own plans for this mod:
- Complete the snake combination
- Changed the blood helm to reflect the actual corresponding dragon's head
- Changed Paarthurnax helmet to reflect actual corresponding dragon horns
- Implemented support for digigrade boots (Done!)
- Add a set for Alduin
- Added support for Dragonbone
If at any time Edhelsereg decides that they do not want this mod ported to SE, then they have the right to request its removal.

Main features
❖New craftable Dragnscale armor set
❖New helmet models with different horn shapes
❖ Fully compatible with other dragon modes
Overview
This mod adds 8 dragon scale armor sets that match the color patterns of dragons found in Skyrim. Each piece of armor includes a helmet, armor, arm guards, boots, and shields. All sets are classified as Light Amor and are suitable for all sizes, races and genders.
Note: All dragon scale armor uses regular dragon scales for upgrades.
Tip: Regular dragon scaling can be done using the new scale on any tanning rack.
How to get
Kill the dragon. Collect new types of scales. Craft new suits using Dragon Armor.
The recipe requires the same materials as regular Dragonscale Armor.
◈Parthurnax
If you choose to kill this ancient dragon, on his corpse you will find enough scales to craft an entire suit of Palescale armor. This setting has the same quality as Ancientscale.
◈Odahviing
Your dragon allies remain unkillable, but Crimson Scales are hard to find when harvesting dragon scales from other dragons. These scales create a collection that matches the red dragon's color pattern and has the same quality as Reveredscale.
◈Legendary and revered dragons
If you have the Dawnguard DLC, this addon will add new scales for revered and legendary dragons. If you don't have the DLC, you can still obtain sets and materials via console commands.
compatibility
This mod is designed to be fully compatible with any and all other mods, including other dragon mods!
This is possible because this mod does not change anything from the original game form. Instead, it adds a background quest to find the nearest dragon and adds the appropriate scaling on death. New types of dragons added by other mods will not be affected.
uninstall
To uninstall this mod in the cleanest way possible you should do the following:
Open the console and type:
SetStage XX00BAC4 200
Exit the console for a few seconds.
Open the console again and type:
SetStage XX00BAC4 255
Save and exit Skyrim.
Uncheck this mod before launching Skyrim again.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
