skyrim exploding arrows
Oldrim version!
I finally decided to release this mod after using it for a year,
Yes, I realize there may be others out there, but here are theirs
It can also be crafted. It features arrows from the base game and both
DLC adds weapons. It also adds a special arrow that can be crafted
(But the price is high.)
Arrows include:
- Steel Arrow
- Elf Arrow
- Orc Arrows
- Glass arrow
- Ebony Arrow
- Dwarven Arrows
- Daedric Arrows
- Nord Hero Arrows (Companion Questline made at Skyforge)
- Dragon Bone Arrow
- Nordic Arrow
- Stalhrim Arrows
+ Arrow of Light (very expensive to craft, but can also shoot anything
Make only one instead of mostly 12, so the game is more balanced)
Basically every arrow is craftable except for iron arrows, because that's pointless (in my opinion)
If there are any bugs please tell me and I will fix them, me too
Not going to add a picture, but feel free to do that if you want to do it yourself
Like a mod.
FAQ
Q: My game or this mod doesn't work after installation.
A: My mod has nothing to do with this. Unless you don't have Dawnguard, this mod will check your load order or install correctly. If you don't know how to install mods, I highly recommend using a mod manager.
Q: This mod crashes my game.
A: No it doesn't, check elsewhere for mod conflicts or make sure you are using the correct version of the mod i.e. this is for Skyrim Special Edition, if you are looking for Skyrim Legendary Edition check out my original Skyrim 32-bit version.
Q: Why do arrows look like bolts when flying through the air?
A: This is intentional, as I don't know how to turn actual arrows into explosives while flying in the air (I'm not very advanced in CK), so changing the projectile flying in the air is the simplest solution.
Q: Does this support (insert mod name here)?
A: Probably, unless it changes the way the arrows and bolts work, but even that wouldn't affect it that much.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
