Added voice follower dialogue to all voice types not included in Vanilla Skyrim

Added voice follower dialogue to all voice types not included in Vanilla Skyrim
This is my mod port of the original Skyrim. It allows all NPCs with a common voice type to become followers. In vanilla, the follower system only uses a small number of voice types, even if the NPC has the correct relationship level and faction.
This is no longer the case. You can recruit NPCs if they like you and join the appropriate faction.
I highly recommend using this in conjunction with my "Wanderer" mod, as it provides a fully voiced method of hiring any NPC.

That's not the case anymore. If they like you, and are added to the proper factions, you can recruit the NPC.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
