describe
I thought it would be cool to drink red blood, so I made this mod. Then I added 6 colors for a total of 7. If you want a new color leave a comment. I'm a beginner author and this is my first time doing a water change in CK. I did some testing and the only bug I know of is the waterfall issue. This is a simple mod. Check out xedit's picture to see what I changed.
This mod does not include new textures or new meshes just an esp. If you install a water retexture mod, the water looks better. I recommend Smooth Water Texture, RW2 or LWO. I mostly make simple unique mods that no one else is doing. I don't know of any other mods that change the color of water other than a slightly different shade of blue.
There is a small problem with the mod though. I don't know how to change the color of the waterfall, it won't match the color of the water. If you choose blue (Uranus Blue/Tropical Blue), the color mismatch is less obvious. I think the waterfall color is set by a texture or mesh file, I hardly know either. Check out all the different color images using stock textures or smooth water textures mod/RW2 as well as waterfall issues.
The colors are:
blood red
ByzantiumPurple
bright pink
lavender pink
radioactive green
tropical blue
Uranus blue
compatibility
This stuff is still confusing to me and I could be wrong about something.
Lightweight Water Overhaul - Cathedral Concept
This mod is compatible. Make sure the water color doesn't change after my mod is loaded. My mod includes a waterside fix inspired by LWO. This mod includes a water retexture that my mod will be able to use without a patch.
realistic water
RW2 would overwrite everything my mod added, so I had to make seven patches for it, one for each color. You must have rw2 for the patch to work. I added a waterside fix inspired by LWO to the patch and an rgb setting that added color variation.
My other changes
Destruction Magic Evolution
Quickfire Vanilla Magic
Advanced Thu'um Magic

This stuff is still confusing to me and I may be wrong about some things.
Lightweight Water Overhaul - Cathedral Concept
This mod is compatible. Make sure my mod loads after or the water color won't get changed. My mod includes the water edge fix inspired by LWO. This mod includes a water retexture which my mod will be able to use with no patch needed.
Realistic Water Two
RW2 overwrites everything my mod adds so I had to make seven patches for it, one for each color. You must have rw2 for the patch to work. I added the water edge fix inspired by LWO …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
