Simple music replacer for main menu
This is the first "mod" I've ever made. There are 2 options. The first option is the Guild Wars 2 'Fear Not This Night' epic guitar version without LittleVMills' lyrics (there is another mod similar to this, but it's just the original version of the "Fear Not This Night" song found here: https://www.skyrimspecialedition/mods/3239). The second option is Malukah's Elder Scrolls Online "Beauty of Dawn".
I'm just using it to get familiar with the process as I spent 3 months converting TON's old Skyrim mods from, Steam Workshop and LoversLab to Skyrim SE since my old Skyrim game stopped all the mods I was using.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
