Added a short quest and expanded the Rat Trail.
A group of Argentines are spreading a new narcotic drug that is even more addictive than scuma. It's called Ersatz Hist Sap, which is what it sounds like - a poor man's copy of the sap produced by The Hist.
Start this unmarked quest by reading the notes in the Ragged Flag flagon. This mod also adds a new section to Ratway called Raway Underbelly.

A gang of Argonians are distributing a new narcotic that is even more addictive than Skooma. It's called Ersatz Hist Sap, and it's exactly what it sounds like - a poor-man's reproduction of the sap produced by The Hist.
This unmarked quest is started by reading a note in the Ragged Flagon. This mod also adds a new portion to the Ratway called The Raway Underbelly.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
