ENB's distracting blowing snow effect

Reduces the blowing snow effect found in snowy areas, thereby reducing their interference in ENB environments.

Edited meshes and textures, lowered the Emission Multiplier and Transparency to make these effects look less eye-catching at night and more to my taste.

One "disadvantage" might be that the effect is almost non-existent during the day, depending on your ENB+weather+lighting setup.

But frankly, these effects bother me just as much during the day, so that's an "upside" for me.

Please note that the Skyrim ENB particle patch for SSE (highly recommended) also contains the same mesh files,

So please make sure this mod covers these things.
