As of February 26, 2014, a new version of BFWF - Elysium Estate Patch has been uploaded.
The original mod files will be left intact in case you prefer to use the old Elysium Estate Laybout.
Install
I. Make sure you have Elysium Estate and Blacksmith Forge Water Fix installed (non-USSEP or USSEP versions).
II. Install patches compatible with the installed BFWF version.
III. Make sure to use LOOT to sort the mod loading order.
IV. Run your game and make money.

Description
Adds Blacksmith Forge Water Fix animations to thejadeshadow's Elysium Estate mod. USSEP and Non-USSEP versions included.
As of 2/26/2018, new versions of BFWF - Elysium Estate Patch have been uploaded.
The original mod files will be left up still as well in case you prefer to play with the old Elysium Estate Laybout.
Installation
I. Make sure that you have both Elysium Estate and Blacksmith Forge Water Fix (Non-USSEP or USSEP version) installed.
II. Install the patch that is compatible with the version of BFWF that you have installed.
III. Make sure to sort your mod load order with LOOT.
IV. Run your game and profit.
Compatibility
