This is just an SSE port of the Elven Chainmail female armor created by RavenDier and Singlebelong.

According to the original page above...

• This armor and some color variants are craftable, but you need to find the "Light Armor Forging" book first - find some possible locations here.
• Remember to always back up your saves before updating or installing mods. I tested it, but who knows what will happen in your gaming environment.
• This armor set (cuirass, gloves and boots) and the Elven Scimitar can be found in Northwatch Keep.
• Armor is currently only available to women
