A house in Eldergleam Reserve. Loosely based on Lupus River Lodge

The Sanctuary of Erdglam. I did not edit the original unit of the sanctuary. The house is called Ellri Gista (Elder's Lodge in Old Norse) and is loosely based on Riverside Lodge, the only house model I used for the original Skyrim at
It's supposed to be Hearthfire compatible but it doesn't work, I followed the steps given by TMPhoenix and still no luck. If anyone can tell me what I'm missing to register, please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello fellow Dovahs! I have a new home for you. You may recognize the location of the house, it is in a copy
of the Eldergleam Sanctuary. I did not edit the original cell of the Sanctuary. The home is called Ellri Gista (Elder Lodge in Old Norse) and is loosely based off of Riverside Lodge, the only house mod I used for original Skyrim, By Lupus. Obviously I did not use his/her file, all new edits in a new location. All décor is static, you can't pick anything up, move it or knock it over.
It should be Hearthfire Compatible but it isn't working, I followed the steps given by TMPhoenix and still no luck. If anyone could tell me what I'm missing for it to register please let me know. It will be greatly appreciated.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
