Some image space adjustments to make the lights brighter!
ELFX Enhancer is great, but sometimes it feels like you're looking through sunglasses. This mod changes the white ratio so that light sources illuminate brightly! It also darkens the interior fog like ELFX, making it slightly brighter at distance than at close range.
