What is Circlet Helm? What does it do?

Dragon Priest! Make the recipe! Matching set bonus! All in a circle!

Falmer and Vampires now have 100% more health! (if you want)

you there! Khajiit! Are you tired of glass helmets that look like crap and make your hair fall off when you put them on? Are you tired of helmets crushing your ears? Argon! Tired of cutting off horns and feathers every time you wear a helmet? boss! Dunmo! Altmer! Osimo! polymer! Your ears don't fit protruding from solid metal? Tired of your luxury locks being covered up for so long? Tired of looking bald every time you wear a helmet?

Look no further! I've got a deal for you!

Look, helm helmet! Full of plane-killing magic!

Why should you try one?

Well... there are cotillions for almost every armor type, and there are custom, beautiful Diedric cotillions, dwarf cotillions, ebony cotillions, collarbone gossamer? nightingale? And you can make them.

They count as their respective armor and grant additional bonuses! ?

They do! ? oh. wait. This is my mod.

A Dragon Priest headdress that can be copied from the Dragon Priest's mask.

And... the Dawnguard and Dragonborn coterie.

Almost yes

Hear the rave reviews about Whiterun Guard!

'Did you see that Circlet Helms mod? It has the Dragon Priest Circle. dragon. priest. Circle...and then I'll go with the arrow...

Yes, thanks buddy.

If you have a head, you can benefit from these adorable jewelry pieces!

They do count towards armor bonuses! Did I mention that?

Circlet helmets can be found alongside their enchanted helmet counterparts (levelled? llevelled? Leyawiin? I miss Leyawiin...) for loot! You can make them too! To clear up the confusion, they should appear under Jewelry (unless you have SkyUI), and materials that require skill 60 or higher (such as glass) require the Arcane Smithy Perk to craft.

Warlocks have more of them than other enemies, and you can find them wherever regular small rings are sold, as well.

If you already have the Dragon Priest Mask and the Arcane Blacksmith perk, you can copy it and make a small circle from it with the same enchantment!

They don't replace a regular rim or a regular helmet, they are new add-on armor pieces.

The idea behind them is that they are strapped to the plane of oblivion, essentially being invisible strapping helmets. You can use metals, gems, and alchemical ingredients to craft them, as there's no point in needing strips of leather for a headband that obviously doesn't have them.

I say it again: weird recipes are alchemy and an attempt to balance "realism". why do i shout

Driving home today!

Batteries not included.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
