Runner up in the Dragonborn Mod Contest hosted by the Skyrim Creation Kit Steam Team!

Satar-Dan is a very angry dark elf who lives on the shores of Tel Mithryn along with the ghosts of his deceased ancestors. Who wouldn't be happy living next to a wizard with his futile apprentice? If you pester him enough, he might give you something to convince you to leave him. Maybe some dwarves.

This quest module features a fully voiced character. You can find him and his house beneath the cliffs of Tel Mithryn. This mission will take you deep beneath the ruins of Nchardak, to the Dwarven prison complex and laboratories.

The final mission is estimated to take 1 to 2 hours

This mod may become or be incompatible with a mod that changes terrain or adds things to the base of Tel Mithryn and Nchardak. Specifically, cells (17,5), (19,5), (19,7) and (20,10) to (21,9). Bugs such as floating grass, incorrectly textured scenery, and missing or duplicate static meshes may occur.

-Non-standard NPC skin texture colors are used in this mod. If you don't have Skyrim 1.4.27.0.4 or higher, texture errors may occur. There is no workaround other than a version update. This is a Skyrim problem, not a Creation Kit problem.

  • Ambushes may not work properly as enemies will stand outside their hiding places.

-I've done my best to mitigate lag and improve performance in the Tonal Oubliette area. If a lot of people suffer from this, I might go back to the drawing board in that position.

Runner-Up in the Dragonborn Mod Contest hosted by the Skyrim Creation Kit Steam group!

Satar-Dan is a very angry Dark Elf living by the shores of Tel Mithryn with the ghosts of his dead ancestors. Who wouldn't be angry living next to a wizard with his bumbling apprentices? If you pester him enough, he might just give you something in an effort to persuade you to leave him be. Perhaps something Dwarven.

This quest mod has a fully voiced character. You can find him and his house below the cliff at Tel Mithryn. The quest will have you journeying deep under the ruins of Nchardak to a Dwarven prison complex and laboratory.

An estimated 1- to 2-hour long lore-friendly quest

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
