About this mod Machine translation
A stand-alone crafted one-handed sword similar in style to the Reachmen and a replacement for the Red Eagle sword.
what is this mod
This is a port of Workshop, licensed on .
I've tweaked and added to it and thought I'd use it here in case anyone else wants to use it too.
This is a port of my LE version, the esp files have been converted to support SSE forms, they are also all tagged esl so you can use one or both without taking up either slot in the load order. Textures and meshes are optimized for SSE.
what does it do
This esp file will add a separate one-handed sword to the crafting menu. You'll find this weapon under "Draugr" and has slightly higher stats than the Ebony Sword.
To craft the sword, you will need the Ebony Smithing perk, as well as completing the Rebel's Kain quest (Red Eagle). The Crimson Sword of the Arrivals is infused with the raw magic of the Seers of the Dead and their Briar God, and before you can gain the necessary skills and knowledge to craft such a sword, you'll need to defeat their most powerful hero, the Red Eagle. If you don't agree I won't change it, just cheat via console and add the sword.
The sword's recipe primarily requires corundum, ebony ingots, and a sworn rose heart that provides the necessary magical fuel.
Swords can be upgraded on whetstones and can also be enchanted.
Optional files
I've provided an optional file that is a replacement for Red Eagle's Fury and Red Eagle's Bane swords. Use it with a separate craftable sword, or instead of it, both options work.
Recommended modules
I recommend using the Unique Uniques and Red Eagle replacers from this mod instead. But if you want to use mine, it's in the optional file.

What is this mod
This is a port of a Workshop mod that has with permission been made available here.
I have tweaked it and added to it, and thought that I would make it available here, in case anyone else wants to use it too.
This is a port of my LE version, the esp files have been converted to support SSE forms, they have both been flagged as esl as well, so you can use one or both without any of them taking up a slot in your load order. The textures and meshes have been optimized for SSE.
What does it do
This esp file will add a standalone 1-handed sword to your crafting menu. You will find the weapon under 'Draugr', and it has stats a little above the ebony sword.
To craft the sword, you will need the Ebony Smithing perk, as well as having finished the Rebel's Cairn quest (Red Eagle). The Reachman's Crimson Sword is infused with the primal magic of the Forsworn and their Briarhearts, and you will need to defeat their most powerful hero, the Red Eagle, before you have received the necessary skills and knowledge to craft such a sword. I will not change this, if you disagree, simply cheat and add the sword through console.
The recipe for the sword requires primarily Corundum, an Ebony ingot as well as a Forsworn Briarheart which provides the necessary magic fuel.
The sword can be upgraded at the grindstone as well as enchanted.
Optional file
I've included an optional file, which is a replacer for the Red Eagle's Fury and Red Eagle's Bane swords. Use it alongside the standalone craftable sword, or instead of it, both options work.
Recommended mods
I recommend using Unique Uniques and the Red Eagle replacer from that mod instead. But if you'd rather use mine, it's in the optional file.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
