Adds a new custom player near Whiterun's Watchtower.

This is a custom home mod I made in Skyrim SE that has some unique qualities that you will find when downloading this mod. It also has a small farm outside the house, stable target practice range, livestock, etc. This house is located near Whiterun's Watchtower, and you can access it as part of the main questline. It also includes a custom minion/bard/merchant named Ramona, who specializes in one-handed combat, ignores friendly hits, and has pretty much everything you need in your dragon-slaying adventure Dohvahkiin. To get close to the key, you can kill the nearby bandit mage, wait for Ramona to come outside, and either pickpocket or trade with her. ——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

It also includes a custom follower/bard/merchant named Ramona, who specializes in one-handed combat, ignores friendly hits, and has just about everything you need on your dragon slaying adventures Dohvahkiin. To recieve to key, you can either kill bandit mage located nearby, wait for Ramona to come outside and either pickpocket or trade with her.
