About this mod Machine translation
A zombie, draugr apocalypse mod. Use dynamic scripts to hack systems instead of thousands of manually placed draugrs. Fully MCM configurable.
It's just a fun little experiment for the end of the world. Well, Skyrim anyway.
Be aware that Draugnarok will throw your entire game into chaos. Important people will die, the city will become a battlefield, you may be forced to become a homeless person camping in the middle of nowhere... you hope it's still safe... but these are the reasons why you downloaded this mod in the first place, right?
Draugnarok has four stages, once starting from MCM. (Before activating mods in MCM, you should start gearing up or at least entering a larger, safer city.)
It will feel mild in hindsight... At this stage, only a handful of mobs will attack Skyrim's small settlements. Because they can attack anywhere at any time, you might not even notice a difference at first. Outbreaks will last approximately a few days, although you can change the speed at which draugr spreads and the invasion progresses in the MCM.
It’s when bad things turn bad. Even the larger settlements will be subject to more aggressive attacks, and the gates of the capital will be constantly harassed. Attempts to repel the mob will be answered by greater forces arriving on the scene. You'd better start thinking about where to create a safe haven for yourself. You were only a few days ago…
- Climactic event - perhaps an extinction event. Large numbers of draugr arrive in each capital and will attack Jarls directly; outside, you'll encounter them everywhere. On the roads, in the wilderness, in detention centers and bandit camps, on reservations and hotels that were once considered safe. Well, at least those damn minstrels won't sing that ridiculous song anymore! Soon, there may be no more songs left for men to sing.
A few days later. The greatest invasion force was wasted, though the cities are still littered with corpses, both fallen and roaming. The greater threat has passed, but the damage has been done...and, with occasional attacks still coming and going, the infestation still smolders: this phase is never over.
Will you and your companions fight to free Skyrim from the tyranny of the dead? Will you duck from the edge of battle and fight tooth and nail to protect your life? Will you revel in the carnage and mayhem?

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
