If you're like me and were disappointed with vanilla elk, this mod is for you. This mod replaces the vanilla female elk mesh with a new custom mesh designed to transform Skyrim's female elk into wild deer that are more like North American white-tailed deer. Now you can enjoy hunting or spotting wild bucks throughout the province. With each encounter, you'll become more involved in Skyrim's mantra! ! ! ! seeing is believing! ! !

[[[MOD compatibility]]

Dramatic Deer uses a custom mesh for the vanilla cow elk and will override any mods that make changes to the vanilla cow elk mesh.

Should be fully compatible with any texture mod as this mod does not contain any textures, just a mesh. This also makes it compatible with most other mob mods that don't edit the vanilla elk mesh.

[[[Install]]

It is recommended to use Vortex or your favorite mod manager.

After any mod that makes changes to the vanilla female elk mesh, install "Dramatic Deer" and click "Yes to all" when prompted to overwrite any files.

This module has an optional ".esp" plugin that changes its name from "ELK" to "Deer" and can be installed with your favorite module manager. Vortex users can also mark this ESP in a light color, which saves ESP slots.
