About this mod Machine translation
A fully furnished and well-equipped player's residence built on a mountainside in a beautifully landscaped and secluded area.
Long Yin inherited a home from an anonymous "friend". This fully furnished and self-contained home is located in a scenic and secluded mountainside location nestled into the mountainside. It's very friendly and has minimal static clutter objects - this allows the player to remove and/or replace most of the loose clutter.
Once the player is recognized and recognized as a Dragonborn, the residence can be obtained through quests.
Some noteworthy features:
~ - The NPC sleeping on the bed undresses.
~ - The bookshelf is initially populated with random books (some valuable) and otherwise functions similarly to the Hearthfire DLC bookshelf.
~ - Fully equipped workshop.
~ - Decent loot (but balanced), especially if houses are obtained early in the game.
~ - Immersive lighting, tuned to avoid any artifacts (such as flickering).
~ - Navigate carefully to provide smooth NPC paths to all areas - beds, seats and workstations.
~ - Use SSEEdit cleanup to help avoid conflicts with other mods. I've tested several popular mods.
This is my first mod for any game, although I am a long time fan of The Elder Scrolls (and Fallout). I try to keep it simple, balanced, immersive, practical and welcoming. This mod is also a tribute to my RPG and video game roots.
A simple walkthrough video is provided at the end of the image gallery to give you a better understanding of the layout. Here is the link:

The Dragonborn inherits a home from an anonymous dragonslayer "friend". This modest, yet well-equipped home is built into a mountainside, in a scenic & secluded area. It is lore-friendly, and there's a minimum of static clutter objects - this allows the player to remove and/or replace most of the loose clutter.
The home becomes available via a quest once the player is known and recognized as Dragonborn.

~- Carefully navmeshed to provide smooth NPC pathing to all areas - beds, seating, and workstations.
~- Cleaned with SSEEdit to help avoid conflicts with other mods. I've tested with several popular mods.
This is my first-ever mod to any game, though I'm a long-time fan of The Elder Scrolls (and Fallout). I tried to keep it simple, balanced, immersive, practical, and homey. This mod also serves as tribute to my RPG and video game roots.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
