Nerfs Health Regeneration, tweaks Magicka and Stamina Regeneration. After absorbing the dragon soul, fully restore health/mana/stamina

Full health regeneration is set to 0.0100. Sleeping this way will restore your health. Stamina and Magicka regeneration has been adjusted. Warrior games regenerate stamina faster than Majica. Magicka regenerates Magicka faster than Stamina.

Absorb the Dragon Soul to restore all attributes to 100%

Many mods grant permanent buffs to the soul. I feel like temporary buffs are more in line with the way I play the game. They make more logical sense to me.

I play survival and really like the lack of health regeneration, so it feels like cheating when I don't have it.

I'm hoping to add temporary buffs to attributes and shout recovery.

Tip: Regenerating nerves is in esp. The dragon soul absorption buff is in bsa. If you hate one or the other, you can delete it and play with the other one. No crossover.
