Dragonborn Presence is a discord-rich presence skse plugin for Skyrim Special Edition and Skyrim Virtual Reality.

This mode allows you to display information about your current status in the game while in Discord. Disco will show it whether you are in the main menu, or in the Night Caller Temple. Additionally, the plugin displays information about your character: name, race, and level.

How to understand:

Just drop all files into the root of your game folder. You can also use the mods installer, but you will need to manually place discord-rpc.dll in the root folder.

How to customize:

All you can customize are some strings, which can be found in the skse/plugins/dragonbornpresencelocale.txt file. You can customize it for your language using the hints in the file, or change the lines to your liking.
