About this mod Machine translation
Replace all background music in the tavern with Malukah's "Dragonborn Comes".
Popular requested new MOD! ! ! player home pub music
_____
Quite simply, this replaces all the background music in the tavern with Malukah's "The Dragonborn Comes". Not a song performed by the bard, but a silent background music that plays when the bard is away. I have absolutely nothing to say about this, all I did was convert the .mp3 of her song to the .wav format used by Creation Kit and assign it to the correct file in the .esp.
To view the songs, go here.
Find Malukah's Facebook page here.
Regarding licensing, Marukah has granted full permission to creators to use her music in their works. (She had explicitly given me permission to create this mod, but I accidentally deleted the screenshot and lost access to the Twitter account.)

Install:
If you're not using NMM or MO, just download it manually, unzip the archive using whatever decompression tool you use (7zip, WinRar, etc.), then copy the accompanying files to Steam\Steamapps\Common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data, overwriting everything it asks (unless you've downloaded this mod before, which it won't), and then make sure the mod is activated in the load order.

Quite simply, this replaces all the background music in the taverns with "The Dragonborn Comes" by Malukah. Not the songs performed by the bards, but the wordless ambient background music that plays when the bards aren't. I take absolutely no credit for this, all I did was convert the.mp3 of her song to the.wav format the Creation Kit uses and assign it to the right files in the.esp.

Regarding permissions, Malukah has given carte blanche permission for creators to use her music in their works. (She had given me explicit permission to create this mod, but I accidentally deleted the screenshot and I lost access to that Twitter account.)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
