About this mod Machine translation
Have you ever imagined an artifact that had a gorgeous model, but the enchantments just didn't fit your playing style? With this additional feature, you can temper and enchant any weapon or armor copy in Legacy to suit your needs.
This plus:
Resets the values of copies of weapons and armor in Legacy of the Dragon to their base values for the material keyword*. So if a sword's keyword is steel, it will have the stats/values of a steel sword.
Added tempering recipes so you can improve weapons and armor that take advantage of the blacksmith's perks.
Corrected some issues with older copies.
With the proper forge polish, you should be able to make any of these replicas usable in the end game (you can do this if you're using the proper perk overhaul).
*(I have not gone back and double-checked that the recipe I made the copy of corresponds to the keyword, so if you spot an inconsistency, please let me know!)

This add on:
Resets the values of the weapon and armor replicas in Legacy of the Dragonborn to the base values of their material keyword*. So if a sword has the steel keyword, it will have the stats/value of a steel sword.
Adds tempering recipes so you can improve the weapons and armor which take advantage of your smithing perks.
Corrected some issues found with Legacy replicas.
With the proper smithing buffs you should be able to make any of these replicas viable for end game play (doubly so if you're using a decent perk overhaul).
*(I didn't go back and double check that the recipes to make the replicas corresponded with the keyword, so if you notice a discrepancy please let me know!)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
