All Dragon Priest masks will be focused on shouting and will not be overpowered
Overview
Konahrik's Ward has a 35% reduced cooldown and 25% increased fire, frost, and impact damage. (Aim to make Elemental Shout more powerful) Shout cooldown reduced by 15% for all masks except Konahrik and Morokei (which already had 20% cooldown reduction), on top of existing enchantments.
Morokei's original enchantment is restored, reducing the Mask's Shout cooldown by 20%, along with the original +100% mana regeneration (also done by Unofficial Patch)
This mod uses the Amulet of Talu, the Shout of the Dragon Aspect, the Blessing of Talos prayed at the Temple of Talos, and Konahrik's max cooldown reduction (without bugs) by 95%.

1.2: Added 25% cooldown to Acolyte Mask in Solstheim and Miraak added enchantments based on level. They now allow shout cooldowns to be reduced by up to 85%.
At all levels, Miraak increases fire, frost, and shock damage by 25% (including Breath of Fire, Breath of Frost, and Call of Storm)
At level 44 or below, Miraak's resistance to fire, frost, and shock is 30% and reduced by 20% on cooldown. This results in a maximum cooldown of 80%.
Between levels 45 and 59, Miraak's resistance to fire, frost, and shock increases by 40% and is reduced by 25% on cooldown. This results in an 85% reduction in maximum cooldown time.
At level 60 or above, Miraak has 50% resistance to fire, frost, and shock, and has 30% reduced shout time. This results in a 90% reduction in maximum cooldown time.
Konahrik is better offensively than Miraak, but does not have defensive enchantments, while Miraak is a balance of offense and defense.
1.3: Made Morokei unable to FX mage armor, and changed mask match set bonuses (and improved perks with expanded crafting) as follows:
Light: Miraak (Light) - Krosis-Glass Volsung-Scaled Wooden Mask - Leather
Heavy: Konahrik-Dragonplate Nahkriin-Ebony Hevnoraak-Daedric/Ancient Nord
Otar-Dwarven Rahgot-Orcish Vokun-Steel Plate
Milak (Heavy)-Dragonplate Ahzidal-Dragonplate Dukaan-Dragonplate Zahkriisos-Dragonplate
1.4: Made Nahkriin and Vokun unable to equip Mage Armor, wooden masks are unarmored and lighter, Miraak's horizontal enchantment now always provides 30% cooldown reduction, so now only fire/frost/shock resistance changes with horizontal enchantment (see version 1.2 for details)
compatibility
Obviously incompatible with anything that alters the charm of the Dragon Priest Mask
Should use retextures without problems, but save first just in case
Improved Closefaced Helmets: Requires a patch from the Optional Files section, which installs after Improved Closefaced Helmets and allows it to overwrite .esp. Make sure imp_helm_legend.esp is loaded after Dragon Priest Masks Buffed.esp
mistake
Under the Active Effects tab in the Magic menu, Fortify Shouts shows a 20% reduction, even though the reduction ranges from 15% to 35%, depending on the mask. This is probably because the only vanilla Fortify Shouts in the game are all 20% effective (all 3 words of Talos Talisman, Talos Blessing and Dragon Aspect)
The effect is listed twice in the active effects tab but does not actually affect any effects

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
