This is Dragon Master Armory - based on my original Dragon Master Armory model with a touch of madness. This mod contains very detailed interiors using standard vanilla assets. It adds a teleport stone inside a small closet in the basement of Lakeview Manor, which teleports to a large, detailed hidden armory located in the peak near the Azura Shrine. This location can be used to store weapons and supplies. In addition to you being able to fly or climb or cheat, there is an exterior entrance to the armory. This is a good point. Once discovered, you can fast travel to it. This version also adds a torture chamber to the crypt and is themed around evil characters (mainly vampires).
Containers used for storage are marked "(Safe)". The armory contains:
- 30 large display cabinets (with weapon shrapnel)
- 12 small angle display cabinets (with weapon spring buckles)
- 15 mannequins
- 36 weapon mounts
- 42 securely classified storage containers (16 for alchemical ingredients - each container is labeled)
- (Versions 1.2 - 1.21) 3 additional secure storage containers
Version 1.21 NOTE:
- Corrected the navigation network from the clean room to the door to Lakeview Mine
- Added navmesh to Lakeview Mine's lake
- Adjusted navigation around Lakeview Mine to improve paths
- Added dirt texture around Lakeview Mine entrance (to make it look more used)
- Increased temper stats for light armor versions and generic Tullius and Ulfric Stormcloak Armors, added to misc chest (leather armor pattern) in mines
- Edited Thalmor Corpse NPC to a unique character/should properly land in cage
- Adjusted the suspended skeleton arms to hang more parallel to the body
- Adjusted Lakeview Mine hidden exterior door switch (behind banner) to be easier to activate
- Closed some candles around the coffin
- Added double doors to the interior of the clean room
- Changed clean room music to 'Dungeon Fort' (same as Vanilla Cave)
- Various messy adjustments
- No changes stored
Notes on version 1.2:
This version adds a mine called "Lakeview Mine" that I spent a lot of time building - I wanted a way to get into the cellars and torture chambers without going through the house (the entrance to the mine is hidden in the torture chamber). Note that this version removes the coffin in the cellar and adds a door there. I have a coffin located elsewhere because of the trapped vampire. The entrance to the mine is on the north side of the mountain east of Lakeview Manner, near a bandit camp. Again, there is a door near the entrance to the mine that requires an armory key to unlock - this is to prevent access to the cellar prior to its construction. This release does not remove any secure storage or make any significant changes to previous releases.
Place:
You need to build the Lakeview Manor wine cellar (near Falkreath) to access the armory via the teleporter - it's located inside a small wardrobe in the torture room, which is also hidden in the wine cellar. As mentioned in the description, there is an entrance to the actual armory near the Shrine of Azura, but you can't get to it unless you cheat (it also has a gate that requires a key to get through). I don't know what the effect is of trying to get into the Lakeview Manor cellar before building through the Armory, and I wouldn't recommend it.
compatibility:
This mod has been cleaned up to ensure maximum compatibility with the core game with minimal editing.
*Hearthfire DLC is required.
- This mod makes some minor edits to the Lakeview Manor cellar and on top of the mountain near the Azura Shrine - Tamriel Worldspace cells (25,15), (25,16) and (25,17). Any other mods making changes to these locations m …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
